Dislikes:
No one there to let me in,or check out at 7-00am .Dogs were on the premises no mention of this.Bin not cleared on Sunday . No door to cut off bathroom.Could hear plumbing from upstairs through my room

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly expecially to our children, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and spacious and the decor of the hotel was good.
Dislikes:
The only downside for us in this hotel was our room was very hot, I think mainly due to the large heated towel rail. We stayed in the family room 1.

Comfortable room, elevator, very clean, good hot and cold breakfast, friendly helpful owner and staff.
Dislikes:
The hotel was not well located for us to be able to walk to our daughter's new house. So we probably won't stay there again. But we recommend it to anyone visiting Eastborne, especially on holiday.

The room was very bright and clean(room 11). We had our own en-suite bathroom and everything was new and clean.

Location was great, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 to the pier and 10 to the train station.
Dislikes:
Sometimes the bathroom next door was very loud.

Everything was very clean and the attention to detail was lovely (little chocolate on the towels). Then answered all our questions adding local knowledge to the answers too.
